We take great care to ensure every mukut and poshak is crafted and delivered in perfect condition
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help

1 Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective

2 Return Process

Contact us at saloniparihar1998@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product if defective
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process

3 Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Shipping charges are non-refundable
If the product was damaged during transit or defective on arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs
